VOIP & OFFICE PHONE SYSTEMS

A Smarter Way for Your Office to Answer Every Call.

ALTRIOM TECH designs practical VoIP systems for small and growing offices, reception teams and businesses with multiple departments. Connect desk phones, extensions and call flows around the way your team actually works.

A PRACTICAL SOLUTION

One Main Number. Clear Routing.

01 / RECEPTION
Greet callers with your main business number.

02 / DEPARTMENTS
Route calls to sales, administration, service or another team.

03 / FOLLOW-UP
Apply approved voicemail, transfer or overflow rules.

THE BUSINESS BENEFIT

Communication That Feels Organized

Give customers a clear way to reach the right person while keeping your team connected.

01 / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

A Professional First Answer

Present a consistent business greeting and direct callers by department, business hours or available staff.

02 / TEAM WORKFLOW

Extensions & Call Groups

Use direct extensions, internal dialing, transfers and group ringing where supported by the selected phone platform.

03 / RIGHT-SIZED SYSTEM

Start Small. Expand Thoughtfully.

Build around the current office, then add approved users, phones or call flows as the team and subscriptions grow.

A BETTER CALL FLOW

How a Call Reaches the Right Team

A useful VoIP system starts with a clear plan for caller experience, not simply with new phones.

01

Incoming Call

A published business number receives the call through an approved telephone service or SIP provider.

02

Greeting & Menu

A receptionist, automated attendant or time-based greeting identifies the next available route.

03

Extension or Department

The call reaches a person, team, ring group, shared office space or other configured destination.

04

No-Answer Rule

Voicemail, alternate staff or a fallback workflow applies according to the selected platform and business policy.

ESSENTIAL OFFICE FEATURES

The Right Tools for Everyday Calls

Exact functions depend on the PBX platform, phones, provider and subscription selected in the proposal.

01 / USERS

Extensions & Internal Calling

Assign extensions to individual workstations, administration, management or shared desks with straightforward internal dialing.

02 / CALL CONTROL

Reception & Transfers

Place calls on hold, transfer callers and direct incoming requests to an available colleague or department.

03 / WORKFLOW

Auto Attendant & Hours

Create selected menu prompts, opening-hour rules and after-hours greetings to guide callers consistently.

04 / TEAMS

Ring Groups

Distribute incoming calls to sales, customer service, accounting or other defined teams by supported routing rules.

05 / DEVICES

Desk & Software Phones

Use compatible IP desk phones and, when supported, approved desktop or mobile applications for authorized users.

06 / FOLLOW-UP

Voicemail & Notifications

Configure user or shared mailboxes, greetings and available alerts so unanswered calls have a practical next step.

BUILT AROUND YOUR OFFICE

A Phone Plan for Each Work Area

We focus first on controlled, easy-to-manage installations rather than complex large-site telephony.

RECEPTION

Front Desk & Visitors

Main line, reception phone, transfer rules and a clear after-hours option.

ADMINISTRATION

Office & Management

Personal extensions, internal dialing, selected mobile calling options and appropriate user permissions.

DEPARTMENTS

Sales, Service & Operations

Distinct ring groups and call handling rules for teams sharing the same business telephone system.

CHOOSE THE PLATFORM

Hosted or On-Premises?

We evaluate equipment availability, existing connectivity, user needs and total cost before selecting a solution.

CLOUD / HOSTED

Hosted PBX

A compatible provider hosts the phone system. The office uses configured IP phones or authorized apps, with recurring service terms and internet dependence.

LOCAL / ON-SITE

On-Premises IP PBX

A local system may provide additional control and site-specific functions, subject to suitable hardware, licenses, setup and maintenance responsibilities.

Telephone numbers, number portability, emergency calling, international dialing, call recording and supported apps must be verified with the selected carrier and platform before being offered as available.

THE NETWORK MATTERS

Call Quality Starts with the Infrastructure

Reliable VoIP depends on much more than an internet speed-test result.

01 / INTERNET

Stable Connectivity

Assess available bandwidth, latency, jitter, packet loss and the business impact of an internet outage.

02 / LAN

Network Segmentation & QoS

Review switches, VLAN support, QoS options, firewall rules and addressing for voice endpoints.

03 / POWER

PoE & Resilience

Check switch PoE budgets, available power, UPS options and call handling when connectivity fails.

04 / CABLING

Outlet Locations

Provide appropriate Ethernet runs, patching and phone placements for desks, reception and shared rooms.

05 / PROVIDER

Carrier & SIP Compatibility

Verify approved SIP trunks, number provisioning, licenses, codecs and service conditions before committing to deployment.

06 / SECURITY

Access & Administration

Plan credentials, management access, call permissions and software updates with the selected solution.

RIGHT-SIZED PACKAGES

Start with a Clear Office Scope

These tiers guide the conversation; final numbers of users, phones, features and licensing are defined in a written proposal.

ESSENTIAL

Small Office Voice

One primary business number, a few extensions, basic routing, desk phones or supported apps and user handoff.

COORDINATED

Multi-Department Office

Department ring groups, reception workflow, selected auto attendant options, desk and shared-phone planning.

GROWTH-READY

Expandable Office System

A modular configuration that considers additional users, workflows, remote staff and future areas without promising large-site deployment today.

IMPLEMENTATION ROADMAP

From Current Calls to a Clearer System

01 / DISCOVER

Assess Your Calling Needs

Review current lines, number ownership, departments, staffing, hours, device locations and pain points.

02 / PLAN

Select a Supported Solution

Determine provider, hosted or local platform, phones, network needs, call flow and project boundaries.

03 / DEPLOY

Configure & Test

Install available approved devices, configure extensions and routing, and test inbound, outbound and internal calls.

04 / HANDOFF

Train & Document

Explain everyday use, escalation procedures, licensing ownership and the basic changes authorized staff can make.

VOIP FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you install a phone system for several office departments?

Yes. We can plan extensions, group ringing and incoming call routes for reception, sales, administration, service and other defined teams, provided the selected platform supports the required features.

Do we need to replace all of our existing phones?

Not always. Compatibility depends on current devices, their protocols, provisioning support and licenses. We check equipment before recommending reuse or replacement.

Can we keep our existing business telephone number?

Number portability may be possible, but it must be confirmed with the current and new carriers, including eligibility, documentation, timing and potential service interruption.

Does VoIP work during an internet or power outage?

Internet-dependent calling can fail when connectivity or power is unavailable. Supported mobile fallback, alternate routes, secondary connections and UPS equipment can be evaluated, but continuity is not automatic.

Do VoIP phones need special network cabling?

Most IP desk phones use Ethernet and often PoE. We verify available cabling, switch capacity, VLAN support and placement before selecting equipment.

Do you provide telephone service or only installation?

We focus on design, integration, configuration and support of compatible systems. Voice services, telephone numbers and SIP trunks are subject to the provider selected for the project.

What about emergency calling and call recording?

Emergency-call routing and location details must be validated with the chosen Mexican voice provider. Recording requires supported equipment and proper notice, access controls and legal review as applicable.
