1. Identity and Address of the Controller
ALTRIOM TECH, Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada (S.A.S.), is responsible for personal data processed for its Mexican operations. Cancún, Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
ALTRIOM TECH LLC is a legally separate entity registered in Florida, United States. The entity identified in the applicable proposal, order, invoice, or service agreement is responsible for that transaction. Data is not automatically transferred to the Florida affiliate merely because both entities use the ALTRIOM TECH brand.
2. Personal Data We May Process

- Billing, delivery, service, or project address and information needed to identify an authorized representative.
Commercial and Transaction Data
- Requested services, property or business type, proposals, orders, invoices, payment status, tax and invoicing information, warranties, support history, and contractual records.
- We do not intentionally store complete payment-card details when payment is handled by an independent payment processor or financial institution.
Project and Property Data
- Plans, photographs, videos, equipment locations, construction stage, site conditions, access instructions, schedules, property contacts, and information about other contractors.
- Equipment models, serial numbers, network diagrams, configurations, testing results, licenses, maintenance records, and project documentation.
Technical and Website Data
- IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP, referring pages, pages viewed, dates, times, diagnostic events, server logs, and cookie or consent preferences.
- Account identifiers, administrator contacts, service-provider details, and credentials only when reasonably necessary for authorized installation, migration, troubleshooting, or support. Credentials should be shared through an approved secure method whenever available.
Sensitive Data
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through the website. Please do not send health, biometric, immigration, political, religious, sexual-life, or other sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary, lawfully requested, and appropriate safeguards and consent have been established.
3. Purposes of Processing
Necessary or Primary Purposes
- Respond to inquiries; confirm identity or authority; schedule assessments; prepare proposals; and determine project feasibility.
- Design, supply, deliver, install, integrate, configure, test, document, maintain, troubleshoot, and support technology systems.
- Coordinate site access, vendors, manufacturers, internet or telecommunications providers, contractors, condominium management, and client-authorized third parties.
- Create and administer client, equipment, warranty, licensing, billing, accounting, tax, compliance, security, and support records.
- Protect systems, accounts, personnel, clients, property, and the website; investigate suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, safety incidents, or contractual violations.
- Meet legal, regulatory, judicial, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and recordkeeping obligations; establish or defend legal claims.
Optional or Secondary Purposes
- Send service news, maintenance reminders, educational content, offers, surveys, or invitations.
- Create internal statistics, improve services and website usability, and understand general interest in our solutions.
- Use approved project photographs, testimonials, or case-study information for marketing only with appropriate authorization and without disclosing confidential security details.
You may object to secondary marketing purposes at any time by emailing support@altriomtech.com. Refusing optional marketing does not affect an existing project or requested service. Transactional, safety, account, warranty, or project communications are not marketing.
4. Cameras, Alarms, Access Control, Networks and Client Systems
ALTRIOM TECH is an installer and systems integrator, not a monitoring or private security company. We do not routinely watch client camera feeds, monitor alarms, supervise access events, provide guards, dispatch emergency services, or determine how a client uses recordings or access logs.
For cameras, access control, alarm, network, VoIP, automation, and similar systems operated by a client, the client ordinarily determines the purposes and means of processing and is responsible for lawful notices, signage, permissions, retention, user administration, workplace or guest policies, and responses to data-subject requests.
When authorized remote or on-site support requires temporary access to configurations, logs, recordings, credentials, or user information, ALTRIOM TECH will process only what is reasonably necessary for the approved task and according to the project agreement, client instructions, applicable law, and reasonable security controls. Access does not make ALTRIOM TECH the owner or routine controller of the client’s operational data.
Audio recording, facial recognition, biometrics, license-plate recognition, advanced analytics, employee monitoring, or surveillance of public or shared areas may require additional legal analysis and express authorization before activation.
5. Service Providers, Disclosures and Transfers
We may allow service providers acting on our behalf to process limited data needed for hosting, email, cloud storage, customer management, accounting, invoicing, payments, communications, scheduling, delivery, cybersecurity, technical support, warranty administration, and project collaboration. They receive only the information reasonably necessary for their function and are expected to protect it under applicable obligations.
Personal data may also be disclosed or transferred:
- To manufacturers, distributors, carriers, installers, subcontractors, consultants, internet or telecommunications providers, and other project participants when necessary for an authorized service.
- To a monitoring provider, cloud platform, property manager, insurer, or other third party selected or authorized by the client. ALTRIOM TECH does not itself provide alarm monitoring or emergency dispatch.
- To competent authorities or other persons when required or permitted by law, legal process, audit, safety needs, fraud prevention, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
- In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.
- To the affiliated Florida entity only when necessary to route or perform a United States transaction, coordinate an expressly cross-border project, or provide support requested by the client, with consent or another lawful basis where required.
Some providers may process information outside Mexico. When a transfer requires consent, we will obtain it through the appropriate notice, request, agreement, or mechanism. A client who directs us to create or use a third-party account should also review that provider’s privacy terms.
6. Cookies, Logs and Similar Technologies
The website uses technical storage, security mechanisms, and server logs needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the site. Depending on the website configuration and your choices, analytics, embedded content, maps, forms, chat, video, advertising, or social-media features may also place or read cookies or similar identifiers.
Where required, nonessential technologies should be activated according to the choices presented through the website’s consent mechanism. You can also restrict cookies through browser settings, although disabling essential storage may affect forms, preferences, security, or site functionality. Third-party features may collect information under their own notices.
Do Not Track and similar browser signals are not uniformly standardized. We respond to legally required preference mechanisms when applicable and otherwise rely on the available consent and browser controls.
7. Security, Confidentiality and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved. These may include access controls, account management, secure transmission or storage where appropriate, backups, vendor controls, confidentiality obligations, and procedures for handling suspected incidents. No method of transmission, storage, cloud hosting, wireless communication, or remote access is completely risk-free.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, active projects, support, warranty administration, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, and applicable tax, commercial, professional, or legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Data is then deleted, securely disposed of, anonymized, or blocked for the legally required period, as applicable.
8. ARCO Rights, Revocation and Processing Limitations
Subject to applicable law, you may request Access to your personal data, Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data, Cancellation when appropriate, or Opposition to specified processing. You may also revoke consent where consent is the applicable basis and request limitations on use or disclosure.
Send requests to support@altriomtech.com with the subject Privacy Rights Request. Please include:
- Your name and a reliable method for receiving our response.
- Information reasonably sufficient to verify your identity and, if applicable, the authority of your representative. Do not email unnecessary identification documents until requested through an appropriate method.
- A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the personal data involved.
- For rectification, the correction requested and supporting information.
- Any project, proposal, invoice, account, or communication reference that helps locate the records.
We will acknowledge and respond within the periods and under the procedures required by applicable law. We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify identity, protect another person’s data, or locate the relevant records. A request may be limited or denied only when permitted by law, and the response will explain the applicable reason.
Revocation or cancellation may not be immediate or complete where retention or processing remains necessary for a contract, warranty, unpaid balance, tax record, legal obligation, security investigation, or legal claim. You may also contact the competent Mexican data-protection authority regarding your rights under applicable law.
