HOTELS & RESORTS

Technology Behind Every Guest Experience.

ALTRIOM TECH coordinates connectivity, infrastructure, security, access, audio, video, automation, and IT support for hotels and resorts across Miami, Cancún and Riviera Maya.

ONE PROPERTY · TWO PRIORITIES

Guest Experience

Simple, connected, comfortable, and consistent.

Property Operations

Organized, secure, supportable, and ready to scale.

THE COMPLETE PROPERTY

What Guests See—and What Operations Depend On

Hospitality technology must support both sides without adding unnecessary complexity for guests or staff.

FRONT OF HOUSE

The Guest Journey

  • Reliable guest connectivity
  • Simple room and suite technology
  • Welcoming lobbies and common areas
  • Entertainment for restaurants, lounges, and pools
  • Clear wayfinding and selected digital displays
  • Discreet security in guest-facing environments

BACK OF HOUSE

The Operational Backbone

  • Structured network and fiber infrastructure
  • Separated staff, guest, security, and device networks
  • Controlled access to operational areas
  • Surveillance for entrances, service zones, and perimeter areas
  • Equipment rooms, racks, labeling, and documentation
  • Technical support and upgrade planning

PROPERTY ZONES

Different Spaces. Different Demands.

A hotel is not one uniform environment. Device density, construction, exposure, guest expectations, operating hours, access requirements, and technical risk change from zone to zone.

Guest Rooms & Suites

WiFi, television, room control, communication, privacy, and intuitive operation.

Lobby & Common Areas

Guest connectivity, audio, displays, surveillance, coverage, and flexible public use.

Restaurants, Bars & Lounges

Background music, video, WiFi, staff connectivity, security, and atmosphere control.

Pools, Terraces & Outdoor Areas

Weather-aware equipment, coverage, outdoor audio, cameras, and infrastructure pathways.

Offices & Administration

Business networks, workstations, communications, access, security, and technical support.

Service & Restricted Areas

Controlled access, surveillance, alarms, staff networks, equipment rooms, and operational visibility.

MODULAR HOSPITALITY SOLUTIONS

Select One System—or Coordinate the Property

Each module can address a specific need or become part of a phased, integrated technology plan.

01

Connectivity Foundation

Structured cabling, fiber, switching, routing, WiFi, segmentation, racks, equipment rooms, labeling, and documentation.

02

Guest Experience

Guest WiFi, room and suite technology, television, selected controls, common-area displays, and intuitive interfaces.

03

Safety & Access

CCTV, intrusion detection, gates, selected doors, intercoms, alerts, and controlled access to operational areas.

04

Audio & Visual Environments

Distributed audio, video, event spaces, meeting rooms, restaurants, bars, lounges, pools, terraces, common areas, and selected digital signage.

05

IT Operations & Support

Staff technology, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, system documentation, user support, and practical upgrade planning.

PACKAGE PATHS

Build Around the Property’s Priority

These packages establish a solution direction. Final design, equipment, integrations, and quantities follow assessment and compatibility review.

PROPERTY CORE

Hospitality Infrastructure

For properties prioritizing the wired and wireless backbone that other systems depend on.

GUEST FOCUSED

Connected Guest Experience

For properties improving guest-facing connectivity, rooms, suites, entertainment, and public spaces.

  • Guest WiFi and selected room technology
  • Television and common-area displays
  • Audio for hospitality environments
  • Selected automation and interfaces
  • Configuration and user orientation

PROPERTY WIDE

Integrated Hotel Operations

For new, renovated, or expanding properties coordinating guest and operational systems.

  • Integrated technology planning
  • Connectivity, security, and access
  • Guest environments and AV
  • Operations, documentation, and testing
  • Support and expansion planning

PROJECT REALITIES

Plan for Opening Day—and Daily Operations.

Technology work must respect construction schedules, guest occupancy, operating hours, restricted areas, safety procedures, finish standards, and coordination with other trades.

New Construction & Major Renovation

Coordinate pathways, rooms, racks, ceilings, millwork, exterior areas, electrical interfaces, equipment locations, testing milestones, and documentation before completion.

Operating Property

Assess current conditions, prioritize affected zones, coordinate access windows, phase work, protect guest-facing areas, and validate changes before handoff.

DELIVERY FRAMEWORK

A Clear Path from Assessment to Support

01

Assess

Review property zones, operations, guest needs, project stage, infrastructure, and current conditions.

02

Plan

Define zones, systems, phases, interfaces, access requirements, documentation, and coordination points.

03

Deploy

Install in organized stages while coordinating with the property team, contractors, and authorized vendors.

04

Commission

Configure, test, label, document, validate selected integrations, and review system operation.

05

Support

Provide a structured path for troubleshooting, adjustments, maintenance, additions, and future projects.

Hotels & Resorts FAQs

Can ALTRIOM TECH work with an operating hotel?

Yes. Work can be planned around property access, occupied areas, operating hours, service zones, maintenance windows, and approved phases. The assessment determines practical constraints before implementation.

Can guest, staff, security, and building devices use separate networks?

Compatible network platforms can separate users and device categories through SSIDs, VLANs, access rules, policies, and selected security controls. The design depends on the property infrastructure and operational requirements.

Can we begin with only WiFi, cameras, or audio?

Yes. Individual modules can be assessed and implemented independently. We can also consider how the selected system should fit a future property-wide technology plan.

Do you coordinate with architects, contractors, and hotel operations?

Yes. Hospitality technology may affect pathways, ceilings, millwork, electrical service, equipment rooms, doors, gates, outdoor spaces, interior finishes, guest access, and operational schedules.

Can existing systems be retained?

Where appropriate and compatible, existing cabling, devices, platforms, racks, and infrastructure may be retained or integrated. Condition, documentation, supportability, compatibility, and testing determine the recommendation.

What determines the final scope?

Property size, construction, occupancy, project stage, system condition, desired zones, device density, operational priorities, integration compatibility, installation constraints, and testing requirements all influence the final design.
